Please note, this support group is closed to ensure it is only accessible to owners of UK sold Phoenix tools, and therefore when you ask to join, you will be asked for your tool's Serial number.  Please make sure to answer these questions or your join request will be denied.

UK Product support is ONLY available for customers who have purchased from Authorised Distributors of TOPDON UK products. 

Products purchase outside of our authorised network WILL NOT be supported directly.

If you are looking for support for ArtiDiag 800BT or other products not shown on this side, TOPDON UK do not supply or support this range.
