DDTSB gathers its data from large European automotive helpdesk centers. Their own helpdesk handles over 50,000 real-world cases every year, and that data is used to identify patterns in common faults across specific vehicle models. When a trend is spotted, the DDTSB team investigates and creates a detailed Technical Bulletin.
These Bulletins are clear and easy to follow, often including images and, when available, video instructions. Bulletins are continuously added and updated, even for vehicles over 10 years old, especially if certain issues tend to show up later in a vehicle’s life.
This approach has helped DDTSB build a database of repair information you won’t find anywhere else. And finding the right information in the system is simple: you can search by license plate (for supported countries), VIN, or manually select the car. Once the vehicle is selected, just type in a fault code or symptom, if it’s a known issue on that model, the relevant Bulletins will appear right away.
