• Email address used to create your TOPDON account within the Mall section on your device

• Tool serial numberand device model

 

Please be aware that if this Security Gateway package is purchased for a tool not officially supported by Topdon UK, UK technical support is not included with this purchase.

Once your order is placed, all subscriptions and tokens must be allocated to your account. Allocation can take up to 24 hours.

Please note that to use Security Gateway subscriptions or tokens, your diagnostic tool must have an active main subscription.

Gateway validity:
Valid for 12 months from allocation.

Please ensure all details, including email address, are correct at the time of purchase.

Once a licence or digital product has been assigned to an account, it cannot be amended.

Refunds or cancellations may only be considered if the licence can be fully deactivated and returned shortly after purchase. Otherwise, digital products are non-refundable.

Please note that not all tools are compatible with this licence, so it’s important that you include the specific tool you have and its serial number in the order notes.
