Software re subscription after 12 months can be done via the app directly. After one year, the vehicle software and maintenance functions will be unavailable if you don't subscribe. But the EOBD software, I/M readiness, vehicle performance, VE Calculator, DTC repair, TSB are free to use all the time.

Products are only returnable if unopened and unregistered, unless the product in question is agreed to be faulty, in which case will be returned and replaced with another unit.
Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. It is always recommended to return via a signed for & tracked delivery service.
We regret that goods specially ordered, made or manufactured cannot be accepted for credit. Goods correctly supplied may only be returned if accompanied by the relevant invoice details. Goods returned after a period of 4 weeks may only be accepted with the authority of a Director of the Company and will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the price charged to the Buyer.
Fitness for Purpose
The Company takes every care with regard to the quality and standard of manufacture of the goods it supplies as far as it is able to. However as the goods are used for a multiplicity of purposes, and the Company has no control over the method of their application or use, the Company excludes so far as it legally may do so any condition or warranty implied by statute or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods for any particular purpose. Any technical co-operation between the Company, its suppliers or the Buyer shall not affect this condition. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any loss of profit or contracts or other consequential loss or damage on the part of the Buyer however caused.
Shipping Info
Shipping of orders will be carried out via a tracked service to the shipping address provided by the buyer, using the delivery speed selected at checkout. If next day delivery is chosen, it will be fulfilled accordingly, provided the product is in stock.
Tracking links will be sent to the email address supplied by the buyer.
In the unfortunate event that items do not arrive or go missing while in the possession of the courier, an investigation by the courier is usually required. TOPDON UK have no control over this process and cannot issue a refund or replacement until the investigation has been completed.
An option for insured delivery is available on request, at an additional cost. This will be arranged on a case-by-request basis only.
